Peer Review

BayPac Consult provides services in the following areas:

Contra Costa Boulevard Rehabilitation, Pleasant Hill, California- This project includes pavement rehabilitation and street lighting and streetscape improvements for Contra Costa Boulevard between Chilpancingo Parkway and Viking Drive.  BayPac performs review of the bid document and recommends revisions to improve constructability, biddability and improve clarity to minimize potential future contractual issues.

Baiyun Airport Expansion, Guangzhou, China*- This project included the design of the entire ground transportation system to support the doubling of the airport’s capacity to handle 80 million annual passenger (MAP).  Scope included a multi-modal transit center that accommodates rapid transit, shuttles, long and short haul buses, taxis, airport parking, rental car facility and an automated people mover (APM) system.  BayPac staff was part of a peer review panel that validated the design concept and recommended changes to significantly improve operational characteristics of the ground transportation system.
