BayPac Consult Inc. serves as the Engineering Manager for this program of projects. BayPac staff also assists CCTA in the implementation of the coordinated Adaptive Ramp Metering (CARM) project and a Project Study Report (PSR) was completed in an unprecedented four months, much of that attributable to the partnership and streamlined approach developed jointly with Caltrans.
